Most employers will pay their employees on the business day before a bank holiday, and this is how we save your pay schedule unless otherwise specified. If you don’t get paid before the holiday, we can set you up for the day after your direct deposit comes through.
It’s important that we have the correct date to avoid any potential overdraft fees. Make sure your payday is correct by going to the Activity Tab in the app. If it doesn’t match, contact our support team at least 2 business days in advance so we can update it for you.
If you choose to use Lightning Speed, transfers will still be instant regardless of bank holidays. Regular speed transfers will post to your bank the next business day.
