There are several reasons why you will not be able to cash out immediately even if you're enrolled in Lightning Speed. A few key reasons are listed below:
- Debit card is expired or replaced (marked as lost or stolen): your bank may have issued you a new debit card and the one on file is no longer valid. If you have a replacement card, please enter it in the app. See this article on how to update your debit card.
- Withdrawal/Transaction limit reached: your bank might limit the number of transactions you can make per day. Please message your bank to see if the card has limits, or if they block use of the card by an outside company.
- You have locked your debit card via your bank or bank mobile app. Check your bank site/mobile app and ensure that your card is not locked.
