How to troubleshoot the EarnIn app when it crashes (Android and iOS)

First, make sure your phone and EarnIn app are updated to their latest version. Then, clear your app data.

Depending on your device, follow the steps below: 


To clear app data for iOS, please uninstall the app and re-install it from app store.


To clear app data for Android:

  1. Open Settings 

  2. Tap the "Storage" heading to open its settings page 

  3. Tap the "Apps" or "Other Apps" heading to see a list of your installed apps 

  4. Tap "EarnIn" 

  5. Tap the "Clear Storage" (could also show as “Clear Data”) button and confirm deletion of data 

  6. Ensure that "User Data" is showing 0 value
