First, make sure your phone and EarnIn app are updated to their latest version. Then, clear your app data.
Depending on your device, follow the steps below:
To clear app data for iOS, please uninstall the app and re-install it from app store.
To clear app data for Android:
Tap the "Storage" heading to open its settings page
Tap the "Apps" or "Other Apps" heading to see a list of your installed apps
Tap the "Clear Storage" (could also show as “Clear Data”) button and confirm deletion of data
Ensure that "User Data" is showing 0 value
