If you're getting an error when trying to withdraw, here are the most common reasons:
1. Your funds haven't cleared yet. Deposits take up to 3 business days to become available for withdrawal. Check the status under My Activity in the Save (or Savings) tab.
2. You're trying to withdraw more than your available balance. You can only withdraw up to your current settled balance.
3. Your bank isn't verified or there's a connection issue. Make sure your linked bank account is active and connected in the app.
4. Your withdrawal amount is less than $1. The minimum withdrawal amount is $1. The only exception is if you're withdrawing your remaining balance to close a jar.
