My transfer was not sent to my account

First, confirm if your transfer was sent via standard speed (ACH) or Lightning Speed. 

Go to the Activity tab of the app to find the transfer details. Keep in mind that transfer availability is subject to your available earnings, Daily Max and Pay Period Max. 

Lightning Speed transfers

If you’ve added an eligible debit card, you should receive your transfer within minutes via Lightning Speed. 

If the transfer is delayed, please allow up to thirty minutes for the funds to arrive, transfer speeds depend on your bank connection.

Fees apply to use Lightning Speed. Lightning Speed may not be available to all community members.

ACH transfers

If you transferred out via ACH, the funds will arrive in 1-2 business days depending on when the transfer was initiated. For arrival time details, go to How long does it take to get my transfers?

 

Upgrade to Lightning Speed

If you selected the standard speed option but want your money faster,  you can upgrade to Lightning Speed! 

Find the transfer confirmation tile on your home screen, and tap “Get it sooner” 

After confirming the Lightning Speed fee and optional tip, your transfer will be on its way.
