If you want to stop receiving marketing emails from EarnIn, follow the steps below:
1. Open any email from EarnIn.
2. Scroll to the bottom and click Unsubscribe.
3. A confirmation page will appear: “Sorry to see you go! You’ve successfully unsubscribed from our emails.”
Transactional emails related to EarnIn services will still be sent for legal and regulatory compliance.
Text messages
EarnIn may send you two types of text messages: service-related messages (such as account updates, password resets, and device verification) and marketing or promotional messages (only if you’ve opted in).
To stop receiving text messages from EarnIn, reply STOP to any text message you receive from EarnIn. You are not required to receive marketing messages to use EarnIn’s services.
Push notifications
To stop receiving push notifications from EarnIn, go to your device settings and turn off notifications for the EarnIn app. Note that turning off push notifications may impact your use of the app.
