You can lock your EarnIn Card by tapping the padlock icon on your app's home screen.
Click the lock again to unlock your card.
How do I report a lost/damaged/stolen card and request for a replacement?
Immediately contact us to report a lost, damaged, or stolen card and request for card replacement. Please follow the steps below:
- Open the EarnIn app
- Go to the settings menu (three horizontal lines) and select Manage EarnIn Card
- In your Card Settings, tap replace your card and start a chat with team.
