Earn Better by EarnIn is a free AI-powered, no-cost job search tool built into the EarnIn app. It helps you create and tailor resumes, find job matches, prep for interviews, and track your applications all in one place. 

What's included

  • Resume builder - Create a base resume or upload an existing one. Tailor it to specific roles with AI-generated suggestions.
  • Cover letters - Generate cover letters for specific jobs and edit them directly in the app.
  • Job matches - Get personalized job recommendations based on your profile, resume, and activity.
  • Job Tracker - Organize your job search with Saved, Applied, and Interviewing columns.
  • Interview prep - Access job-specific cheat sheets and practice interviews with feedback.

Is it free?

Yes. There are no subscriptions, paywalls, or credit card requirements. Earn Better by EarnIn is completely free to use.

How do I access it?

Earn Better by EarnIn is available in the EarnIn app on iOS and Android, and on the web. If you already have an EarnIn account, you can access it directly from the app. If you're new to EarnIn, sign up here.

Existing EarnBetter users: moving your account to EarnIn

If you're a current EarnBetter.com user, you'll see a banner on EarnBetter.com inviting you to move your account to EarnIn. Migration launched July 9 and is rolling out gradually, so you may not see the banner right away, check back over the next few weeks if you haven't yet.

Here's how it works:

  1. Log in to EarnBetter.com and select the migration banner.
  2. We'll send a one-time login link (a magic link) to your email. Check your inbox — and your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
  3. Click the link and confirm you'd like to transfer your data to EarnIn.
  4. If you already have an EarnIn account, your EarnBetter data merges into it automatically. If not, we'll help you create one.
  5. You'll land directly in Earn Better by EarnIn with your resumes, job matches, and application history already in place. No additional EarnIn account setup (like Cash Out) is required.
