EarnIn has partnered with CSC ServiceWorks, the largest commercial laundry operator in the US, to offer a sign-up incentive to community members who are new to EarnIn. CSC promotes the offer through its app, email, SMS, QR codes on laundry-room posters, and co-branded landing pages.
Depending on which EarnIn product activated, you can earn:
- Cash Out: a one-time $25 credit
- Live Pay: cashback on Live Pay card purchases at CSC, dollar-for-dollar up to $10 a month, for up to 12 months (up to $120 total)
If you activate both products within the qualifying window, you can earn both incentives, they're tracked and paid separately.
This offer is only available if you are new to EarnIn and sign up through a CSC-provided link or QR code.
Am I eligible for the CSC incentive?
To qualify, you need to:
- Be new to EarnIn - you've never created an EarnIn account before
- Sign up through a CSC-provided link, the QR code available on on-premise materials
- Complete the qualifying steps for the product you're activating (see below) within the sign-up window
If you already have an EarnIn account, you won't qualify for the CSC Cash Out or Live Pay incentive, even if you sign up again through the CSC link.
How do I sign up?
Scan the QR code on the poster in your laundry room, or use the link CSC sends by email (earnin.com/csc), text, or through its app. Either one takes you to the co-branded EarnIn sign-up page to create your account.
What do I need to do to get the Cash Out incentive?
Set up your account, verify your identity, and complete your first Transfer Out within ninety (90) days after downloading the App.
The $25 credit posts automatically within 2 business days in your tip jar/savings jar once your first transfer out is complete. Make sure to open and maintain an active Tip Jar/Savings Jar account.
What do I need to do to get the Live Pay cashback?
Set up your account, verify your identity, and make your first Live Pay card payment.
After that, cashback applies automatically on the second day of each month for a period of up to 12 months.
How much can I earn with Live Pay, and for how long?
Up to $10 back a month on your CSC card spend, for up to 12 months, a maximum of $120. Unused amounts don't roll over: spend less than $10 in a month and your credit matches what you spent; spend more, and the credit still caps at $10 for that month.
What counts as a qualifying CSC purchase?
Any expense at a CSC location counts toward the Cash Back reward for Live Pay
Can I get both the Cash Out and Live Pay incentives?
Yes. If you activate both products and complete each one's qualifying steps within the sign-up window, you'll earn both incentives. They're tracked and paid separately.
I'm already an EarnIn member. Can I still get this offer?
No. This offer is only available to CMs who are new to EarnIn.
Why didn't I get my incentive?
The most likely reasons could be
- the purchase wasn't recognized as a qualifying CSC transaction
- sign-up didn't happen through the CSC link or the QR code,
- the qualifying action wasn't completed within the 90-day time period from the moment you first started the EarnIn account, or the account isn't eligible.

What happens to a pending credit if I close my account first?
If you close your account before the credit is delivered, you are no longer eligible for the credit.
