All About Referrals at EarnIn

Occasionally, community members are provided incentives to invite people to join EarnIn. 

 

What is the current referral incentive?

We are currently offering a referral incentive every time someone you refer signs up using your referral link/code. You'll get your $25 reward in your Tip Yourself account for every new EarnIn community member you refer who transfers out and sets up Tip Yourself. Your referral also gets a $5 reward.

 

How do I refer someone to join EarnIn?

There are a few ways you can refer someone to join EarnIn:

  1. Check out the referral icon on the top of the home screen)
  2. Go to Settings and tap Refer a friend

 

How do I sign up using a referral code?

Sign up using the referral code:

  1. Download the app from the app store (Android or iOS).
  2. Follow the next steps to sign up and set up your account.
  3. Afterwards, you will reach the "How did you hear about us?" screen.
  4. Choose your answer from the dropdown list.
  5. If the referral code is not already entered, tap "Have a referral code?" and enter your referral code.
  6. Double-check your entered code then click CONTINUE.
  7. Proceed in setting up your Tip Yourself to complete your account set up.

 

Where can I view my referral and their status?

You can check out your referrals and their status by following the steps below:

1. Tap the “Earn $25” referral icon on the top bar of the home screen (or tap Refer a Friend in the Settings menu).

2. Tap the clock icon at the upper right corner of the Refer a Friend screen.

3. Review past referrals, existing referrals and their status.

Make sure you have the latest app version to see the icon on the Refer a friend screen.

 

I referred a friend but did not receive the referral reward, why?

EarnIn rewards you for every person who uses your link/code to join EarnIn, completes a transfer, and sets up Tip Yourself. 

Check with the person you referred to make sure they’ve done all of the steps above, then check your Tip Yourself account again to see if you got paid.

 

I signed up using a referral link/code but did not get my reward, why?

If you are not seeing the referral reward in your Tip Jar, you might be missing one of the following qualifications:

  • It’s your first time joining the EarnIn community
  • You completed the EarnIn account setup
  • Completed your first transfer
  • Set up Tip Yourself
